11 Privacy Policy

11.1 This privacy policy sets out how the Company will use Your Information which it may collect during the provision of the Services. The types of information the Company collects include your name, address, gender, contact details, bank account details and other information relevant to customers surveys or offers. By accepting these Conditions You acknowledge and agree that the Company may use Your Information for the purposes set out.
11.2 The Company is the sole owner of Your Information and will take all necessary steps to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR from 25 may 2018. The Company will not disclose it to any third party unless:

    • 11.2.1 it is specifically required to by law;
    • 11.2.2 in response to a valid, legal request by a law enforcement or governmental authority;
    • 11.2.3 it needs to share or send Your Information to third parties who work with the Company or on its behalf  to supply any services or products which You have requested; or
    • 11.2.4 as may be authorised by you in writing.

 
11.3 By accepting these Conditions You agree that the Company may store, process and use Your Information as it requires to conduct its day to day business and to keep a record of any Services You have requested and to send You details about further Services, products, upgrades, brochures or other information that the Company believes may be of interest to You.
11.4 You may inform The Company at any time in writing if You no longer require such information to be sent by The Company. You can do this by sending a request to N. Koenrades identifying the Service purchased by You and the date on which You purchased it, Your domain name (if applicable) and Your Information.
11.5 Under the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR from 25 may 2018, You may request details of personal information that the Company holds about You. An official fee will be payable. If You want to make a request, You should write to the Company address.
11.6 If You believe that any of Your Information is incorrect in any respect, You should write to the Company address.
11.7 The Company will use all reasonable endeavours to protect the security of Your Information both on and off line. If You would like further details of the Company‚Äôs security procedures please contact the Company in writing.
